We are now taking reservations for our grassfed beef will be available for Pickup in October 2026. We sell by the hanging weight, which is approximately 145 lbs. for 1/4 the steer. Hanging weight will vary per animal. Processing fee is due to the processor. Currently they charge $70 for kill fee plus .85 cents a lb (this price may be subject to change, due to the processer). We will deliver to the processor, located at Mayes County Processing in Pryor, OK. You will be responsible for processing fees.
